Oticon miniFit Ear Grips 60 are soft-plastic wires that keep Oticon RITE hearing aids snug, and secured to your ear. When attached, ear grip's gently bend into the outer ear creating a spring lock that anchors hearing aids in place and stops them from coming loose, or accidentally falling off. 

The Oticon Ear Grips can be modified to fit the shape of your ear and offer peace of mind knowing your hearing aids will remain discreet, and appropriately positioned throughout the day. For maximum comfort, retention, and speech clarity, replace Oticon Ear Grips along with Oticon miniFit Domes, and Oticon ProWax miniFit Filters monthly, or when the ear grip's discolour and become frail.

Great company!

I found Omni Hearing online searching for hearing aid accessories. I wasn't quite sure what anchors I needed. After chatting with them they suggested taking a picture of my hearing aid and sending it to them. I did and they got right back to me with the correct product.
